David Szabo

David is a licensed real estate broker and sales associate in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He has worked for 15 years in commercial real estate with a primary focus on retail leasing and sales. Before commercial real estate, David was Senior Vice President of a large wristwatch importer and was responsible for over $100 million in annual sales while heading up the mass market division that was the largest vendor to Wal-Mart, Kmart, and Target.

David has represented many national retailers in his brokerage career including Chase, CVS, Sherwin Williams, Dunkin Donuts, 7-Eleven, and Subway to name a few. He currently represents Sprint, Sedona Tap House, 18-8 Men’s Salon, Bob’s Discount Furniture and Ulta Beauty. David's Landlord representation is an extensive list throughout the NY metro area.
